Yoga for Body Positivity

*Class is by donation and all proceeds will go to Liberty Lane* https://www.libertylane.ca/ This beginner-friendly class is all about building a stronger connection between mind and body. We will begin with a gentle warm up and proceed to move through postures that help us feel empowered and embodied. We will finish practice with calming poses and a meditation that will help integrate the practice and leave us feeling calm and centered in our bodies. Lauren is a Registered Massage Therapist and will also offer OPTIONAL gentle adjustments during the practice as well as gentle touch during meditation. Wear comfy clothes, and bring a water bottle. See you on the mat :)
